Your finances

Employees can immediately contribute to the 401(k) Match and Savings Plan and, after meeting eligibility requirements, receive the $1 for $1 match up to 6% of contributions.
You also enjoy our Extended Benefits program that provides you with an allowance to spend on the services, tools and technologies that help you maintain a healthy work/life balance and help you stay at the forefront of trends in technology and business.
Eligible employees can contribute up to 10 percent of their salary to purchase Accenture shares at a 15 percent discount through the Employee Share Purchase Plan.
Your time away
We know that time away from work matters to you. Avanade is committed to helping you achieve balance between life and work.
Paid Time Off (PTO) encompasses traditional vacation time along with paid personal time off and sick leave, providing flexibility for how, when and for what purpose time off is taken. The number of paid-time off days is based on career level but ranges from 10 to 27 days per year.
We also recognize eight paid holidays and two “floating holidays” for employees to use at their discretion so you can celebrate with your loved ones without using PTO. A variety of other time off programs exist to allow employees to take leave when life calls you away from your work.
