Jennifer holds Microsoft CTP certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain as well as Dynamics AX 2012.

Abi Sridhar is a Senior Director at Avanade responsible for Avanade’s North America Digital Sales & Service practice. In this role, Abi is responsible for leading a team of over 200 Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consultants in North America to transform sales and service for our clients in Financial Services, Health, Public Services, Manufacturing and Retail industries. Abi brings over 15 years of technology and consulting leadership experience helping clients achieve business outcomes through technology. He is based in Toronto, Canada and enjoys traveling with his wife and 2 young children.
Almost my entire career, twenty five plus years, I have thrived on learning. Following a Masters to teach, I got involved with IT and development and then from there on the business side. I realized I needed even more education so got an MBA with focus on production. I say, “I learn something new everyday”. The learning every day is often applying a prospect or customers business challenge in a new way with the technology tool sets of Microsoft and Dynamics 365. I have been in the Consulting world most of the time either in implementation of ERP solutions or in the role of presales. I take my knowledge of the software and demonstrate it for the challenges of the prospect or customers business processes. It is learning, being creative and very rewarding to see that you can offer new ways to empower the organization to be more productive, gain amazing information through analytics that they have never had before and just achieve more for their organization.
