For over 14 years at Avanade, I've strived to help our clients drive business growth by creating CX led data driven strategies, designing innovative omnichannel experiences, optimising customer engagements across Marketing/Sales/Service, and implementing technologies that enable intelligent, individualised experiences across the customer journey. 
As part of Avanade's European leadership team, I'm responsible for the growth of our Digital Marketing offering in 15 geographies. I do this by working closely with our clients, driving sales and operations for the offering, as well as collaborating with our regional sales, marketing, solutions & delivery experts, and our partners across Europe and globally.
