Annette has more than 20 years of experience and joined Avanade three years ago after her time as a Creative Director at global network agencies. Her passion and business focus has always been CRM and Digital Marketing; planning and creating new customer journeys, touchpoints and MoTs to help clients grow their business and develop new brand experiences on all platforms. Annette has led several lectureships for e-Business and e-Commerce and she is currently finalizing her doctoral thesis on “New Brand Experiences in the age of CSR and Sustainability.”
