Christiane Noll is the general manager for Avanade Austria. She and her team are dedicated to supporting the digital transformation of leading Austrian companies with innovative technologies and providing them with a strong competitive advantage. Christiane is very engaged in the fields of digitalization and women in technology. Before joining Avanade, Christiane worked for Microsoft Austria, most recently as a member of the executive board. Prior to that she has established a software company with twelve subsidiaries that specialized in CRM systems. She is also the founder of the "Digital Salon" in collaboration with Microsoft and the initiatives "We Digitize Austria" and "Digital Heroes."
