Francesca Tassistro is leading Avanade’s Experience Design Talent Community, a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary team of UX designers, visual designers, experience technologists and content strategists. She is focused on applying the fundamental tenets of human-centered-design to customer experience and service design. Her main interest is in people, exploring how new products and services can bring improvements to their daily life.
