Jennifer Ferrara is Avanade’s Global Lead for Automation and Power Automate – where she has been leading the go-to-market approach, solution portfolio and growth strategy in response to the hyper accelerated market opportunity - since early 2023. In her role, Jennifer is also responsible for Accenture and Microsoft partnerships to position Avanade as the leader in Power Automate. Jennifer has deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and activation - she has led Avanade's global strategy team over the past 3 years, to identify and initiate GTM strategies including the early launch of our Metaverse services and activation of our Design Thinking and Advisory practices. Joining in 2012, after a diverse career in film/television and management consulting, Jennifer has worked with business leaders and clients across the globe to drive growth and solve complex business challenges from early ideation through implementation. She is recognized as a leader in strategy, change management (CCMP); leveraging this expertise, she is helping clients utilize automation as part of their business growth strategy.
