Jean-Christophe Mueller joined Avanade in 2011 to help build the Business Applications global delivery practice. He has traveled the world to work on several global Dynamics 365 deployments in every Avanade region. In each of them, he found a shared passion for client satisfaction and well managed, secured ERP project delivery. He ramped up the Avanade school of delivery up to SISA level (System Implementation Solution Architect) and was given the chance to share its best practices with every culture, from Barcelona to Oslo, from Japan to Australia, from Southern States to Chicago and from East to West Coast, mostly on large multicultural projects involving the Avanade Global Delivery Network. Capitalizing his shared experience with global Dynamics 365 for Operations champions, he has been focused on supporting our global rollout practice initiatives since 2015, giving a hand to our more challenging ERP projects at the same time.
