Krishnan leads Strategic Engagements within the Retail sector for Avanade across Europe with a major focus on the UK market. In this role, he works closely with Retailers helping them address priorities around customer experience, store associate engagement and productivity and streamlining operations to drive greater agility. Krishnan supported a leading European Consumer Electronics major on its journey to build an Omni-channel platform from the ground up to compete against online pure plays. Prior to joining Avanade, Krishnan helped set up the technology practice for Accenture in India and played various roles with Accenture over a decade across India and UK.
