Mario Fonseca is the UKI Workplace Platform Offering Lead for Avanade, with responsibility for pre-sales, solution architecture, capability, and people - leading a team of 15 Workplace Solution Architects. As an Accenture-certified Lead Solution Architect, Mario has been responsible for designing and leading large-scale workplace transformation programmes (10,000+ seats) mostly in the UK and Germany, both for Avanade and Accenture clients. His experience spans a multitude of projects across multiple industries and sectors. These include M&A-driven projects, such as cloud-to-cloud transformations as well as complex global workplace refresh programmes spanning 50+ geographies and lasting multiple years.
