McKenzie has 10+ years implementing Dynamics CRM. Her main focus is primarily on delivery and sales excellence. She has a background implementing solutions that bridge the gap between business and technology strategies using Dynamics CRM as the core application platform. She strives to build long-term partnerships with customers in developing technology strategy and roadmaps to support rapidly changing business needs.  She has experience in delivery oversight, project management and consulting for Dynamics CRM projects. She uses agile/scrum methodologies for delivery and has a proven track record of successful delivery across enterprise customers. Currently, she is a Director of Insurance for the CRM Service Line at Avanade. Her primary role is to build strong relationships with customers and develop a deep understanding their strategic roadmap, vision and success metrics while diving into complex business processes. Ultimately, she will deliver solutions that provide process automation, ease of use for all audiences, lower TCO, and scalability for the future.
