Sarah Rench is the Global Data, AI & Security Director & Databricks Lead at Avanade and has experience building various data systems across the full data lifecycle and specializes in: data quality systems using machine learning for UK, European and Global regulations, data governance and management frameworks and systems, MLOps, DevOps and Cloud Migration, using Microsoft and Databricks technologies. She’s one of the award-winning Data Leaders in the UK and has presented at UK Parliament and represented UK Department of Trade in South Korea. Recently she was award the Top 100 Yahoo Finance Outstanding Role Model Exec List and the UK Top 100 Most Influential Women in Tech. She’s also the Avanade LGBT+ Executive Sponsor. Outside of work she is an apprentice magician and is part of the Magic Circle.
