Big impact: Avanade at Sitecore Symposium 2018

It’s already that special time of year – Symposium season.

Each year, the Sitecore Symposium program feels bigger and better. The momentum pushes us to bring more as well. And for 2018, Avanade is pulling out all the stops. In fact, our theme this year is all about going big in customer experience: increasing return on investment, accomplishing more with Sitecore technology, and maximizing business impact.

We’re looking forward to engaging with clients, meeting with technology partners, and seeing old friends. So what will we be doing on-site? Here’s a sneak peek at what we’re excited to bring to Orlando:

Celebrating client wins
Awards, amplified: We were thrilled to share the recent announcement that Avanade and several of our clients (Volvo Cars, Merck & Co. and Open Universities Australia) won regional Sitecore Experience Awards. Will we snag any of the global Ultimate Experience Awards to be announced live on-site? All our fingers are crossed.

Volvo rewards: In addition to awards, our client Volvo Cars will be joining us on-stage on Tuesday to share their digital transformation story. Not only will we reveal how a well-established brand is reinventing itself to meet the demands of modern customers, but one lucky Symposium attendee may walk away with a 24-month Care by Volvo subscription.

Sharing insights through speaking sessions
When it comes to customer experience, there is a lot of ground to cover. Attend our track sessions to get our perspectives and practical tips around a variety of topics from content to commerce, accessibility to acceleration, business intelligence, and more. We’ll share what is working well for our global clients, and how other organizations can leverage those solutions.

Plus, Avanade’s own CMO, Stella Goulet, will lead a marketing strategy session that reveals how we and our clients are overcoming some of the most common pitfalls faced by organizations who still struggle to enhance their customer experience.  Check out our full schedule of sessions for the week below.
