It’s no longer about where you clock in for 8 hours a day - that distinct line has been blurred. It’s about doing work that matters to you, your clients and the greater global community. It’s about sitting side-by-side with people you want to be in the trenches with on a challenging project. It’s about thriving in an environment that supports the “whole you”, and places real value in the things that are important in your world and encourages you to be your best self. And it’s about gaining both on- and off-the-job experiences that will take you further and faster in your career.

Make it Real

At Avanade we’ve started using the phrase “Make it Real.” A little abstract or ambiguous? Maybe.
