The opportunity to work on a global stage combined with my curiosity about the power of the relationship between Accenture, Microsoft and Avanade - and how it can be leveraged for client value - first brought me to Avanade. I admire those who focus daily on spreading goodwill, joy and optimism – even amidst chaos and change. I’ve learned that true grit and persistence are the two most critical qualities required for successful change, but that you also need a healthy dose of optimism. At Avanade, change is constant – it takes a village to come together to succeed in an ever-changing environment.

I have a lifelong passion for learning whether from those close to me, or by developing my skills and knowledge as I work with my teams and clients. This thirst for learning influences everything I do both at work and what I do outside Avanade.
