Diana Wolfe Bio

In her role as Digital Ethics and Emerging Technology Intern with Avanade, Diana Wolfe promotes awareness of digital ethics concerns and guides the creation of technical systems that produce ethically positive outcomes. Diana is a Ph.D. student studying Industrial Organizational Psychology, specifically researching the relationship between leadership styles and organizational ethics, how psychological safety can be measured with facial recognition, and the decolonization of statistics education. She is the founder of several research advocacy collectives – The Falcon Coalition, The Social Justice League, and EthicaXMachina – which seek to disrupt oppressive systems and empower marginalized groups.
