Abi Sridhar is a Senior Director at Avanade responsible for Avanade’s North America Digital Sales & Service practice. In this role, Abi is responsible for leading a team of over 200 Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consultants in North America to transform sales and service for our clients in Financial Services, Health, Public Services, Manufacturing and Retail industries. Abi brings over 15 years of technology and consulting leadership experience helping clients achieve business outcomes through technology. He is based in Toronto, Canada and enjoys traveling with his wife and 2 young children.

Tom Freeman
Director, Financial Services Industry

Tom Freeman has been an entrepreneur and leader in the computer industry for over 20 years. Starting as a teenager, when he had a small business custom building computers and helping people connect their modems to some of the connected computer services before the Internet existed for public use, Tom's career has taken him across all sectors of the information technology industry. He started one of the first cybercafés in the world as well as a local Internet Service Provider (ISP), in Saint Louis, MO, immediately after the commercialisation of the Internet. Tom led the way and was an early implementer of hosting dynamic, data connected web applications in a customizable, Software as a Service model. Tom gained experience in the late 1990's working for 2 startup companies, a dot com company and a cable television company.

Building on his knowledge and success, Tom, while at Avanade, a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture, has led teams to help several Fortune 50 companies, build elegant solutions to their complicated business problems that have positive realized results on the bottom line. Tom's experience has shown him the ins and outs of businesses in the telecommunications, freight logistics, resources, government, and consulting industries.

Jim Wray

I lead a national team of technical resources who help US financial firms choose Microsoft to help them get, keep and grow clients. I enjoy developing and coaching technologists to think broadly about how the tech can enable business strategies, deliver value and empower people throughout the enterprise. Prior to Microsoft, I led Product Management and Sales Engineering at InRule Technology for nine years where, among other things, I launched InRule for Microsoft Dynamics. Earlier in my career I held client-facing technical roles at Marsh & McLennan and Deloitte. I earned my MBA with distinction from DePaul University in Chicago and my BA in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University in Bloomington.
