Avanade acquiert Azeo, un des leaders de l’écosystème Microsoft et de l'IoT en France

Avanade, premier intégrateur mondial de solutions Microsoft, annonce aujourd’hui avoir finalisé l’acquisition d’Azeo, un des acteurs majeurs de l’écosystème Microsoft et de l’intégration IoT (Internet des Objets) en France.
Forte de cette acquisition, Avanade France compte désormais plus de 1 000 employé(e)s spécialisé(e)s sur les offres d’applications et d’infrastructures cloud, de Modern Workplace, d’analytique, d’Intelligence Artificielle et d’IoT. Ce rapprochement renforce la position stratégique d’Avanade en France. La présence significative d’Azeo à Bordeaux permet à Avanade de s'ancrer dans une région clé de la communauté technologique française.

Avanade avait annoncé son intention d'acquérir Azeo en septembre 2020. Les détails financiers de l’opération ne sont pas divulgués. .
