Business Situation

Leader in Italy in solutions to provide banking credit information and one of the leading international integrated services for commercial information and credit & marketing Management. CRIF Group after the acquisition of D&B Italy founded the Cribis D&B, a company specialized in business information. They decided to migrate the D&B data from salesforce.com to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 on-premise.  After the successful migration, CRIF has decided to re-engineer some of its CRM processes to reduce complexity and increase services to its customers.

Customer Solution

With the D&B Italy’s acquisition, CRIF needed to standardizeall information system. It was necessary migrate the D&B data and processesfrom salesforce.com to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 on-premise, especially SFAmodule (Sales Force Automation). The main problem was the different way to  operating of Sales Force and MicrosoftDynamics CRM 2011 and the solution was to create a migration that was helpfulto final users. The project was articulated in three phases: gap analysis, executethe migration and manage change management.


The new solution is up and running with Microsoft Dynamics CRM2011 and it allows to manage sales force tasks in a more concise and efficientmanner.  The migration was made usingScribe Insight to create an integration platform useful for the migration andfor the day by day synchronization with other systems.
