Williams extends reach and employee satisfaction with cloud-based intranet

Business Situation

Williams wanted speed and agile performance from its intranet to supports its broad-based enterprise comprised of racecar design, manufacturing, racing, advanced engineering, a conference centre and more. The company’s Lotus Notes intranet wasn’t doing the job. Since it was difficult to update content, it wasn’t uploaded frequently. It was also challenging to navigate, share information and lacked a sense of community.
