Avanade, the leading digital innovator on the Microsoft ecosystem, today announced the opening of a new office in Poland to help organizations harness the power of the Microsoft platform. Bartłomiej Antczak has been appointed to lead the company’s newest entity which is targeting the creation of 500 local jobs by 2025.

Located in Warsaw, within Microsoft’s “Polish Digital Valley”, Avanade’s initial focus will be on helping private and public sector companies maximize their operational efficiencies, particularly around workplace experience, data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud migration, so they can deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Antczak has more than two decades of experience in the IT industry and is passionate about helping businesses digitally transform to differentiate and grow their businesses. His career has seen him work on complex solutions across business applications, middleware solutions and software services and through his expert guidance, has delivered projects that have made a tangible impact on clients’ organizations.

The Poland office will complement Avanade’s two existing digital studios teams in the country, operating out of Krakow and Wroclaw, which serve international clients.
