Avanade Netherlands Continues Ambitious Growth Plans with New Location in Limburg

Avanade, the leading Microsoft solutions provider, has opened a new location in the city of Heerlen, in Limburg. The expansion into the southeast of the Netherlands will help Avanade fulfill its growth ambitions and will offer local technology talent the opportunity to work and live close to home.
Sebo Wijnberg, general manager of Avanade's Gallia region, said, “The new Avanade location in Heerlen represents the next step in our strategic expansion in the Netherlands. We see more opportunities arising in that part of the country and we want to make sure we can deliver an outstanding experience to all our clients while accelerating our growth. Together with our Amsterdam office, the Heerlen office will enable us to create a strong service network for both our clients and employees.”
As a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft, Avanade’s new space is located within Accenture’s office in the Brightlands Smart Services Campus in Heerlen. The team based there will work with existing clients on how to solve their top business concerns through the power of the Microsoft ecosystem.

The technical education in the south of the Netherlands is esteemed, with high growth potential. The campus offers an inspiring work environment, providing our people the possibility of challenging work for international clients, with good career prospects. In principle, we can serve our clients from anywhere, but with this new office we can provide a home base for local talent and attract capable employees to provide our clients with the best service."
