Door de coronapandemie werken we tegenwoordig thuis en zijn ook stages online. Ik ben in september bij Avanade begonnen als stagiaire en zonder ooit op het Avanade kantoor te zijn geweest, voel ik me elke dag een beetje meer onderdeel van Avanade.
Voor de fysieke gezondheid was het belangrijk dat mensen zoveel mogelijk thuisbleven, maar voor de connectie en de samenwerking met collega’s is het belangrijk wel zoveel mogelijk contact te blijven houden. Met alle Nederlandse collega’s houden we contact via drie grote initiatieven.
