SolutionAvanade worked with the banking group and identified the Microsoft Power Platform as the perfect solution to quickly achieve the desired results. The new Power Apps platform allows data requests to be made intuitively and managed in a fast, guided and structured way. After an employee enters the necessary information into prescribed fields, requests are automatically analysed and routed to the right areas using Power Automate. Once a request has been processed, timelines and next steps are shared with the employee and the process is tracked to its completion. To simplify the user journey and ensure employees can easily track their requests, the tool includes a search function with multiple filters. The entire process is monitored through the native features of Power Automate and users are sent automatic notifications letting them know the progress of their request.
