Avanade Europe President, Anna Di Silverio, joins Junior Achievement Europe Board of Directors

Avanade, the leading digital innovator on the Microsoft Ecosystem, is pleased to announce that Anna Di Silverio, Europe president has become one of four new members of the Junior Achievement Europe Board of Directors. The announcement was made at JA Europe’s Annual General Assembly on 19 November 2020. Other newly appointed board members are: Nuria García Schwab, SVP Deputy Head EMEA, MetLife; Maximillian Koch, President, JA Alumni Europe; and Laurence Morvan, Chief of Staff to CEO Europe & CSR Officer, Accenture.
JA Europe is the largest provider of education programs for entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy in Europe. It is also the largest non-profit in Europe dedicated to preparing young people for employment and entrepreneurship. JA Europe has focused on building a strong alumni network, increasing impact and public awareness while also influencing policy-makers. It also well-known for its annual inspirational events for young people including the JA Enterprise Challenge, the JA Marketplace and the JA Company of the Year Competition.
With Di Silverio joining JA Europe’s Board of Directors, Avanade reinforces its commitment and collaboration to supporting the organisation’s programs aimed at teaching young people about the world of technology. Adam Warby, Avanade’s CEO Emeritus was appointed Chairman of their Board of Directors in 2018.
