Avanade acquires CloudTalent, a strategic cloud and infrastructure advisory firm

Avanade a global business technology solutions, cloud and managed services provider, today announced that it has acquired CloudTalent, a strategic, cloud advisory business headquartered in the United Kingdom (UK). With a unique and pragmatic approach to IT transformation planning, CloudTalent helps organizations realize the benefits of cloud, providing simple solutions to complex problems for clients across all sectors. The acquisition strengthens Avanade’s Microsoft-focused infrastructure and cloud business in the UK and supports expansion of services across Western Europe.

The financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed. This acquisition was subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
