GitHub is the largest developer community and platform in the world, home to most of the world’s open source projects.

Today’s announcement follows recent research from Avanade showing 52% of organisations think people and skills issues are the biggest obstacle to adopting modern software engineering practices in-house. With access to GitHub’s Enterprise platform, Avanade clients will benefit from open source without needing to share propriety code outside of their organisation.
