Faced with an increasingly competitive marketplace, Baxi recognised the need to get closer to customers and deliver richer, more personalised services to homeowners and installers across all digital channels.
Working in partnership with Baxi’s marketing team, Avanade’s UK-based Digital Studio is helping to deliver an omnichannel customer strategy. Combining this with human-centred-design and Sitecore based digital marketing solutions, Avanade’s Digital Studio is providing Baxi with the capabilities to engage and support its users along the customer journey.

Striving to be the best in the industry, the first phase of Baxi’s digital transformation journey is a refresh of its main website to deliver an innovative design, make it more accessible, usable and engaging on mobile, tablet and desktop as well as improving the customer experience. The project also accelerates Baxi’s marketing work through improved content management and in real-time journey tracking content analytics.
