Microsoft Mobile division embraces the Digital Workplace with Dynamics CRM migration

Following the completion of the Nokia Devices and Services acquisition in early 2014, Microsoft needed to integrate these distinct businesses and bring the new “Microsoft Mobile” organisation onto the Microsoft platforms preferred by the wider organisation. An early priority was to migrate their CRM system used to manage key accounts globally which was previously on Salesforce and now needed to be moved onto Dynamics CRM.
