Avanade celebrates 15 years of success; Welcomes Sander Van ‘t Noordende to Board of Directors and deepens its focus on Digital Business and Innovation

Avanade, a global business technology solutions, cloud and managed services provider, announced today that Sander van ‘t Noordende, group chief executive of Accenture’s Products operating group, has joined the Avanade Board of Directors. The announcement comes as the company celebrates being one of the most successful business joint ventures with 15 years of helping enterprise clients and their customers realize results on the Microsoft ecosystem.
As group chief executive, Sander is responsible for Accenture’s Products operating group, which serves large enterprises in the automotive, consumer goods & services, industrial equipment, infrastructure & transportation services, life sciences, retail and air, freight & travel services. These high growth industries represent some of the most important digital business transformation areas given the critical nature of customer experience and engagement.
Avanade will benefit from Sander’s experience leading large-scale business transformation and IT projects for Accenture clients across diverse industries on a global scale. He has been with the company for 28 years and has held a number of senior leadership positions, as well as serving as a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee. During this time, Sander has also partnered extensively with Avanade on joint client activities.
