Avanade believe in creating a company that welcomes every individual so be sure to bring your genuine self through the application.
I haven’t got some of the skills required for the position, should I still apply?
Yes, we would absolutely encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the listed required skills on the job advert. Our candidates are from diverse backgrounds which means that their skills and experiences will differ. We are looking for candidates who are passionate, driven and most importantly eager to learn and grow within their role.
I’ve not previously considered working for a consultancy: what does life as a consultant look?
No two days are the same in consulting. If you thrive on problem solving, want to take risks and perform best when collaborating, then consulting could absolutely be for you!  As a consultant, you will be working on cutting-edge projects, delivering solutions and services to our clients.
