Summary

As a D365 ERP F&O Senior Finance Consultant, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You’ll solve problems using your ERP knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team and the wider internal ERP community. Key responsibilities

• Be one of the leaders in our Southeast Asia (SEA) Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team, based in Singapore.
• You will be both leading our finance projects across SEA and growing the business. Working closely with the practice leadership by providing your skills to solution new projects.
• Be the leader for both a local/nearshore team, and a offshore team to deliver on D365 F&O Finance for our customers, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes.
• Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use.

Key Responsabilities

• Design and oversee the architecture of integration layers with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

• Act as a technical leader in projects using microservices and event-driven architecture (e.g., Service Bus, Event Grid). Lead solution design and implementation of services on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), .NET Core 6+, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.

GenAI & Azure Architecture Client-Facing Consulting Role

We are looking for an AI Architect (Manager or Senior Manager level) to help scale and accelerate our AI and Generative AI (GenAI) offerings. In this role, you will design enterprise-grade AI solutions, guide clients through their GenAI journey, and shape the future of AI adoption across industries. This is a client-facing, architecture-led consulting role with global reach and impact.

You will work closely with solutioning, sales, and delivery teams across regions to architect AI and GenAI solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Copilot Studio. You will help clients move from experimentation to scalable, business-aligned AI adoption—bringing technical depth, architectural rigor, and trusted advisory to every engagement.

AI Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the design of end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions aligned to client strategy and measurable outcomes.
