Key responsibilities
- Be one of the leaders in our Southeast Asia (SEA) Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team, based in Singapore.
- You will be both leading our finance projects across SEA and growing the business. Working closely with the practice leadership by providing your skills to solution new projects.
- Be the leader for both a local/nearshore team, and a offshore team to deliver on D365 F&O Finance for our customers, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes.
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes.
- Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use.
- Lead client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps.
- Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, orchestration, generative responses, and actions

Lead client workshops (discovery, envisioning, and enablement) to identify automation and AI use cases
