Key Responsibilities:

Model Development and Deployment:

• Evaluate and select appropriate Generative AI models based on business needs, ensuring alignment with use case requirements.
• Leverage Azure ML, OpenAI APIs, and other Generative AI technologies based on a given design.
• Implement best practices for model development, training, and deployment pipelines.
• Create and deploy pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring in Azure ML.
• Optimize model performance for latency, scalability, and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

AI Integration and Innovation:

• Integrate Generative AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
• Leverage Azure AI model catalog (Microsoft, OpenAI, Mistral, Meta, etc) APIs to implement conversational AI, document summarization, image generation, or other innovative use cases.
• Explore advancements in AI/ML technologies, recommending tools, frameworks, and practices to enhance the organization's AI capabilities.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, cloud architects, and business analysts, to align AI/ML solutions with business objectives.
• Communicate complex (Gen) AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and understanding

Role

As an Azure Integration Architect, you are responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services. You focus on creating robust architectures that connect cloud and on-premises systems through tools like Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management. As an architect, you collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable integration strategies. You ensure compliance with security, performance, and governance standards while optimizing for cost and efficiency. A key part of your role involves defining integration patterns, mentoring development teams, and enforcing best practices. You also evaluate emerging technologies such as IoT and event-driven architectures to support future business needs. You play a critical role in roadmap planning for iterative adoption of Azure Integration Services during digital transformation. Ultimately, as an Azure Integration Architect, you serve as a trusted advisor, enabling seamless connectivity across enterprise systems and driving innovation through modern integration approaches.

To strengthen our sales department in Brussels, we are currently looking for an additional Senior Sales Account Manager dedicated to Accenture & Avanade Services’ sales expansion at European Union (EU) account.

This additional Sales Account Manager will be deployed within Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG) and will be responsible for a sub-set of the overall EU account sales planning preparation and execution. The sub-set allocated to the additional Sales Account Manager is related to Accenture/Avanade Services which are leveraging Microsoft technologies, assets and the strong partnership.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop new business for Accenture and Avanade Services leveraging Microsoft.
  Participate actively in the EU account sales growth planning.
• Drive and execute the sales plan by developing existing and new businesses at the European Institutions within established framework contracts.
• Develop and lead the AMBG Sales account plan and forecast, and provide regular progress report.
• Drive the sales process while leveraging Accenture & Avanade subject matter experts and executives, as needed.
• Maintain and develop commercial relationships with dedicated EU customers and potential future customers.
• Originate and qualify leads & opportunities via; networking, social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with C level executives within targeted EU directorates and institutions.
• Take accountability for qualification and closure of new business within the account from early origination to sales closure.
• Participate in answering RFPs in collaboration with technical teams.
• Participate to sales campaigns.
• Provide strategic direction and drive business with client to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and continuing customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• Sales Professional with higher education degree in business, management, or related field.
• Extensive sales experience within the IT services industry with at least 5 years in a Sales leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience working within the European Union and associated organizations.
• Proven customer network and track record in maintaining trusted relationships with senior executives.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in selling Microsoft solutions and the full product stack.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch; other languages are an asset.
