Key Responsibilities
Build agent prototypes and proofs of concept for client use cases using modern agentic frameworks
Contribute to live delivery projects alongside senior AI engineers, covering design, development, testing, and technical documentation
Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demos, preparing materials and presenting prototypes to technical and business stakeholders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into working agentic solutions and share learnings back to the organization

You are a seasoned cloud technologist and trusted advisor with deep expertise in Azure and DevOps practices. You are comfortable leading technical teams while engaging senior business stakeholders and executives. You bring strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills, and are adept at shaping technology strategy, defining architecture, and guiding clients through complex cloud transformation initiatives.
Our Managers lead the design and delivery of sustainable cloud and DevOps solutions, working closely with clients, architects, and delivery teams to maximise the value of Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for shaping solution direction, providing architectural leadership, and ensuring delivery excellence across engagements.
You will operate across the full lifecycle — from pre-sales and solution shaping through architecture, implementation oversight, and operational transition — while mentoring consultants and analysts and driving best practice adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and governance of DevOps CI/CD strategies and enterprise delivery pipelines
Architect and oversee implementation of Azure cloud solutions aligned to client business and technology strategies
Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and DevOps practices across Azure environments
Provide technical leadership across project teams from requirements through architecture, delivery oversight, and operational handover
Design secure, scalable, and resilient Azure architectures for modern workloads
Lead technical assessments and cloud adoption strategies for customers moving to Azure
Conduct architectural and technical reviews to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and business objectives
Mentor and guide analysts and consultants in delivery and capability development
Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimations, proposals, and client presentations

主な業務・実績
お客様のビジネス要件を深く理解し、Microsoftセキュリティ製品群(Entra ID, Purview等)を中心とした最適なシステム構成の策定。
既存の枠組みがないプロジェクトにおいて、設計指針の作成から実際の環境構築までを自律的に遂行する。
技術選定のプロセスにおいて、コスト・運用負荷・セキュリティ強度の観点から複数の選択肢を比較検証し、その妥当性をクライアントへ論理的にプレゼンテーションする。

Nel ruolo di Digital Seller/Inside Sales avrai un ruolo chiave nella gestione dei lead generati dalle attività di marketing, supportando il processo di qualificazione, nurturing e conversione delle opportunità commerciali all'interno di un framework globale consolidato.

Cosa farai:
Entrerai a far parte di un team che opera all'intersezione tra Marketing e Sales, contribuendo in modo diretto alla crescita del business.
Sarai responsabile di:
Qualificare lead provenienti da eventi, campagne marketing, webinar e iniziative digitali
Identificare e ingaggiare decision maker e stakeholder aziendali attraverso attività di outreach mirate
Conoscere i processi di Lead Management e seguire in modo proattivo, puntuale e con rispetto delle deadline e delle priorità, le azioni di tracking e monitoraggio in tal senso sia con il team interno che, in parallelo, con sistemi e tool a supporto (PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics365 e simili)
Gestire attività di follow-up tramite email, telefono e LinkedIn
Coordinare l'organizzazione di incontri tra prospect e team commerciali, practice lead ed esperti di settore
Monitorare l'avanzamento dei lead lungo il funnel di vendita, garantendo il rispetto dei processi e delle tempistiche
Aggiornare e mantenere accurati i dati all'interno dei sistemi CRM
Analizzare performance e KPI relativi alla conversione dei lead e all'efficacia delle attività svolte
Collaborare quotidianamente con i team Marketing e Sales per massimizzare il valore delle opportunità generate
Operare all'interno del framework globale di Digital Demand Management adottato da Avanade a livello internazionale
