What You'll Do
Market Development and Sales Support
Implement Global Strategy: Implement the global Business Applications practice strategy within the Country. Set and communicate Sweden practice priorities. Lead Country practice in line with agreed plans and KPIs. Provide feedback loop upwards to drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for inorganic growth.
Client Relationships: Own and extend client relationships, becoming a client advisor with tangible contributions to the Country and clients, helping broaden the Sweden client network, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Strategic Relationships and Innovation
Strengthen Sweden Microsoft & Accenture Partnerships: Cultivate and sustain a close working relationship with local Microsoft Product Engineering Groups and relevant Accenture leaders; and with on-, near, and offshore delivery centerspositioning us as the partner of choice and important source of product feature feedback.
Innovation and Future-readiness: Stay informed of client feedback, emerging trends, and innovations, providing ideas to global for new opportunities for practice-relevant solutions to maintain competitive edge. Foster and incubate innovations locally. Help establish and support innovative strategies to lower our cost to serve based on market demands.
Practice Solutioning and Delivery
Solution Integrity and Technical Leadership: Hold local accountability for shaping practice-specific technical solutions, providing oversight on all deals to maintain solution integrity. Address delivery quality escalations and ensure delivery best practices are being solutioned and delivered. Provide thought leadership relevant to the practice, enhancing our impact in the market.
Capacity for GTM Support, Solutioning, and Delivery: Ensure the Sweden practice has sufficient capacity to support client teams from pre-sales assets, to solutioning, to delivery of practice-related solutions.
Practice Talent and Skills
Skills Development and Growth: Contribute to and execute the global growth program within the practice for critical skills, including certifications, to keep employees in all sourcing options (on-, near-, & offshore) at the forefront of current and emerging Microsoft technologies. Leverage global job families, skills, & project roles to deliver consistent practice solutions.
Sweden Talent Plan: In alignment with the global practice and Sweden client teams, define a holistic Sweden talent that includes skills, headcount, and location across all sourcing options to meet client demand, support the I&D agenda, and develop a future-ready workforce.
Utilization and Chargeability: Own accountability for Sweden practice market utilization and chargeability, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate to address any staffing challenges that arise.
Employee Engagement and Retention: Execute local programs to drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being, cultivating a highly skilled and motivated workforce within the Sweden practice.
Career Development and Succession Planning: Communicate career pathways, support leadership development, and own succession planning for the Sweden practice. Drive employees to broaden of skills, secure promotions, and encourage experience in diverse roles.
Compensation and Performance: Own talent and performance management processes for assigned practice members. Ansvarsområden
Som erfaren konsult inom OCM Advisory kommer du bland annat:
Leda och leverera förändring inom AI-drivna transformationer, och koppla initiativ till strategi, verksamhetsmodell, affärs-KPI:er och marknadspositionering
Designa och genomföra förändringsstrategier som stödjer AI-adoption, inklusive påverkan på roller, beslutsfattande, arbetssätt och ledarskapsbeteenden
Rådgiva seniora intressenter kring organisatorisk beredskap för AI, inklusive kompetenser, kultur, tillit, styrning och ansvarsfull användning
Arbeta nära strategi-, teknik-, data- och AI-team för att leverera integrerade transformationsinitiativ
Tillämpa konsultdiscipliner såsom problemstrukturering, affärsanalys och insiktsdriven kommunikation för att hantera komplexa förändringsutmaningar kopplade till AI
Översätta AI-koncept till tydliga och affärsrelevanta budskap som når både ledning och verksamhet
