About the role

As part of Microsoft's leading partner ecosystem, you will focus on innovation, leadership, and the delivery of high-value business solutions. You will own the overall solution architecture and set the strategic direction for how solutions are designed, integrated, and scaled over time.

In this role, you will lead the definition and delivery of end-to-end ERP technical solutions, including system integrations and recommendations for Independent Software Vendor (ISV) solutions and other best-of-breed technologies.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will define technical architecture, ensure solutions meet business objectives, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, combined with strong architectural best practices to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.

• Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and functional and technical teams to define solution roadmaps and architectural strategies.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices for mission-critical ERP solutions, integrations, security, and governance.

• Design complex integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management and third-party applications using Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and APIs.

• Oversee technical delivery and ensure solutions are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with Microsoft's recommended practices.

• Lead technical architecture governance and maintain overall responsibility for development and deployment activities.

• Mentor and coach technical teams while fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Stay current with Microsoft's latest innovations and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who is passionate about creating modern, responsive, and intuitive user experiences. In this role, you will work primarily with frontend development, building high-quality web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-based technologies.

You will play a key role in shaping user interfaces, driving frontend architecture, and delivering seamless digital experiences across web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks.

• Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences across devices.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform concepts and designs into high-quality applications.

• Develop reusable frontend components, design systems, and scalable frontend architectures.

• Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend services.

• Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.

• Work with modern state management, component-based architectures, and frontend tooling.

• Contribute to end-to-end solutions with a strong focus on frontend quality and user experience.

• Participate in modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployments.

Som D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant kommer du att arbeta kundnära och samarbeta tätt med kunder för att designa, implementera och optimera D365 Customer Engagement-lösningar, så att de stödjer verksamhetens mål. Du löser problem med hjälp av din D365-kompetens och fungerar som en länk mellan Avanades kunder, ditt projektteam och den bredare interna CE-communityn.

Vad du kommer göra

Rollen kräver en stark förståelse för affärsprocesser, utmärkt förmåga att hantera intressenter samt kompetens att konfigurera och anpassa D365 CE-applikationer.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

• Samarbeta med kunder för att förstå deras affärsbehov och översätta dem till funktionella krav.

• Designa och implementera Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE-lösningar, inklusive modulerna Sales, Customer Service, Marketing och Field Service.

• Leda workshops, kravinsamlingssessioner och dialoger med intressenter för att definiera lösningsroadmaps.

• Konfigurera, anpassa och vidareutveckla D365 CE med hjälp av Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

• Arbeta tillsammans med tekniska konsulter och utvecklare för att leverera helhetslösningar.

• Ge vägledning kring best practice, lösningsarkitektur och förbättring av affärsprocesser.

• Genomföra systemtester, användarutbildningar och stödja förändringsledningsaktiviteter.

• Felsöka problem och ge löpande support till kunder efter implementering.

• Hålla dig uppdaterad kring de senaste trenderna och uppdateringarna inom Microsoft Dynamics 365 och Power Platform.

• Samarbeta med intressenter för att identifiera möjligheter till AI-driven automatisering och implementera Copilot-funktioner för förbättrat kundengagemang.
