Key responsibilities
- Be one of the leaders in our Avanade ERP HUB, leading and supporting the Supply Chain workstream on projects across APAC, mentoring and guiding the team both on and off the project.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes.
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes.
- Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use.
- Lead client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps.
- Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.
- Support key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries, ensuring successful execution within a regional delivery model.
- Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operate within consulting and solution implementation environments, driving structured delivery while adapting to client-specific needs.
- Engage confidently with CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, navigate complex situations, and build long-term, trusted client relationships.
- Apply technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM (or equivalent) to:
