Solution

Our Avanade Chatbot Accelerator, which was built on the Microsoft Bot Framework, already combines powerful cognitive and AI services. This provided strong language understanding and no coding capabilities, so the tax department could use its domain knowledge to easily maintain and improve the chatbot’s knowledge base. Now when a question arises, Siemens employees just open the chatbot, enter the search term and get instant and suitable responses from all relevant sources.
