NRF 2024 – the best yet? Very possibly. The Big Show this year certainly did not disappoint. Like the New York City weather in January, we experienced a blizzard – a blizzard of retail innovation and AI ingenuity. And no surprises for guessing what the topic of the conference was – it was impossible to take more than 2 steps on the show floor without bumping into a generative AI reference.
