TEXA is a global leader in the design, development and production of multibrand diagnostic tools, exhaust gas analysers, air conditioning service stations and telediagnostic devices for cars, bikes, trucks, boats and farm machinery.
The company is constantly expanding and evolving with a strong focus on international markets and rapidly changing scenarios. It needed to connect new foreign subsidiaries to its ERP system and was seeking a more streamlined solution that did not require site-specific infrastructure investments.
Since TEXA was previously using Microsoft 365 and was satisfied with that solution on the cloud, which included Office 365 services like Mail, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and more. It decided to add the ERP component as well.
Thanks to Avanade, in just a few weeks, the TEXA IT team was able to activate Microsoft Dynamics 365 at its TEXA USA subsidiary. This is helping to maximise the use of the platform’s standard features.
The central ERP system integration at TEXA USA has resulted in a complete alignment of operational processes and total data consistency. Insights gained from this project relative to total cost of operations signal significant optimisation benefits for future installations across TEXA locations in other countries. The company confirmed it made the right choice with this solution since it supports its strategies, is aligned to its business expectations and it satisfies key users.
TEXA will continue to lean on Avanade’s experience implementing Dynamics across the globe, as the solution is gradually deployed throughout the remainder of the TEXA group.
