It’s within this context that Mapei focused on the adoption of a new ERP solution with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Mapei partnered with us to implement the new ERP. The solution was already adopted by 30 branches around the world and will be implemented for another 50 companies within the group, for a total of 5,000 users. The manufacturer also relies on our application maintenance service and specific expertise on the Dynamics platform, aiming to improve the performance of business applications. This service ensures:

For Mapei, the enhancement of human capital plays a fundamental role in the manufacturer's growth. In addition to developing a team of over 50 employees highly-specialized in Dynamics 365, it has decided to further increase internal skills by joining the Avanade Innovation Program, participating in the School of Innovation and an Innovation Day (iDay) entirely dedicated to addressing business needs. This journey has allowed Mapei to identify and analyze challenges and create innovation strategies based on new models and technologies.
