Mina Rabideaux
Manager, Inclusion and Diversity
Mina is a global strategist and innovator who is skilled at bringing big ideas to life. Currently, she is transforming the global employee network or ERG program at Avanade, home to more than 20 active groups that promote an inclusive culture and provide a platform for employees to impact change on a large scale. She directs the strategy behind our EN ecosystem, works to raise the profile of their work and provide strategic support to their leadership. After beginning her career in consulting and analytics, she recently transitioned into DEI work as it better aligns with her passions and values.
Her cultural and personal background, being a Native American, Latina, and first generation college graduate and corporate professional, shapes her perspective as an inclusive leader. She strives to be an agent of change, and is especially passionate about giving back to organizations that promote educational equity and the advancement of women of color in tech. At Avanade she is a founding member and current national lead of our Hispanic ERG, Adelante. Outside of work she enjoys mentoring and speaking to students and early career audiences about professional development. Notably, she was named the ambassador of the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation for the second year in a row, where her main goal is to encourage more Latinx students to pursue careers in tech.

As a leader at Avanade, she serves as the Global Communications Lead for INSPIRE, the Black Employee Resource Network where she has supported implementing Avanade's vision of having an inclusive and diverse workforce.
Chanelle Schneider
Digital Marketing Senior Specialist, Solutions and Industry Marketing
Chanelle Schneider is a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist, writing content for Government and Public Services and supporting Advisory services. As Creative Lead for INSPIRE, Chanelle creates marketing collateral for events led by the employee group. She has worked with small-to-medium enterprises, global technology consulting firms, consumer packaged goods companies, entrepreneurs, and education consultancies. Chanelle joined Avanade in September 2021 after 7 years at Accenture in various marketing and technology roles.
Fredrick Douglas Williams
Sr. Analyst, UX Design
Fredrick Douglas Williams is a UX Designer within the Experience Design Talent Community, where he assists customer engagements and creates UX/creative transformation deliverables for our clients. Additionally, as the Global PR Lead for Inspire, Frederick offers creative input to advance our company culture. Before Avanade, Frederick was a Digital Marketer lead at a Telecommunications company.
