Client & Industry Leadership

Business Growth & Sales
- Drive revenue growth, pipeline health, and account expansion across the Products portfolio.
- Increase the number and scale of MVC and growth accounts through disciplined account segmentation.
- Improve sales effectiveness, deal quality, and long‑term client value creation.
Delivery & Financial Performance
- Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable outcomes across engagements.
- Partner with Delivery and Solution leaders to scale offerings while maintaining quality and margin.
- Own Client Group financial performance, including growth investments and profitability.
Ecosystem & Capability Building
- Partner with Accenture and Microsoft to co‑create industry‑specific solutions and GTM strategies.
- Build Products‑focused industry capabilities, architecture skills, and advisory offerings.

Vos responsabilités
• Déployer et gérer des Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) dans divers environnements, en assurant une configuration optimale, une performance élevée et une excellente expérience utilisateur.
• Soutenir les implémentations Teams Téléphonie, incluant le Direct Routing, Operator Connect, les répondeurs automatiques, les files d’attente d’appels et les intégrations PSTN.
• Réaliser des évaluations de l’état de préparation du réseau et diagnostiquer les problèmes de qualité d’appel à l’aide de tableaux de bord et d’outils de télémétrie.
• Fournir un accompagnement sur les fonctionnalités de base de Teams, notamment les clavardages, canaux, réunions, partage de fichiers et les flux de collaboration.

The Epic Applications Coordinator will bring 4+ years of experience in Epic applications, with a strong background in managing day-to-day operations, client stakeholder relationships, and collaboration with offshore teams. This role demands both technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements in a dynamic healthcare environment. The Epic Application Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with the Avanade team, the software vendor team, and the client.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for EpicCare workflows and configurations.
Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests per defined SLAs.
Serve as a liaison with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with business needs.
Lead and coordinate with offshore support teams, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
Maintain system documentation, including workflows, build specifications, and testing protocols.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies.
Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on ongoing work, potential risks, and resource needs.
Support the teams working on other non-Epic inpatient clinical applications.
