Nous sommes à la recherche d’un gestionnaire senior – architecte de solutions Azure pour joindre notre pratique Applications & Infrastructure dans la région de Montréal. Il s’agit d’un rôle stratégique, en contact direct avec les clients, combinant une expertise technique approfondie, la responsabilité d’architecture ainsi que des responsabilités en développement d’affaires.

Vous agirez comme conseiller de confiance auprès de la haute direction, en dirigeant des mandats de conception complexes, en structurant de grandes transactions et en pilotant des initiatives de transformation basées sur Azure, incluant des architectures intégrant l’intelligence artificielle, en tirant parti de l’écosystème cloud et IA de Microsoft.

Principales responsabilités

Leadership en architecture et livraison

• Diriger la conception et l’architecture de bout en bout de solutions Azure à l’échelle entreprise couvrant l’infrastructure, le réseautage, la sécurité, les données et l’intelligence artificielle (Azure IaaS, PaaS, réseautique, sécurité, données et IA). Définir les plans de solution, les standards d’architecture et les stratégies de landing zones d’entreprise. Piloter des programmes de migration vers le cloud, de modernisation et de transformation vers des architectures cloud natives. Assurer l’excellence de livraison en maintenant la cohérence et l’intégrité architecturale à travers les équipes de mise en œuvre.

Architecture IA et innovation

• Concevoir des solutions basées sur l’IA en utilisant les services Azure (Azure OpenAI, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Foundry). Définir des modèles d’intégration de l’IA dans les applications d’entreprise, les flux de travail et les processus d’affaires. Conseiller les clients sur les stratégies d’adoption de l’IA en équilibrant innovation, gouvernance et gestion des risques. Diriger la conception de solutions basées sur des agents intelligents, des copilotes et des scénarios d’automatisation avancée.

Engagement client et conseil exécutif

• Agir comme conseiller de confiance auprès des dirigeants (C-level) et des parties prenantes d’affaires et technologiques. Animer des ateliers exécutifs, des sessions de stratégie et des revues d’architecture. Traduire des concepts techniques complexes en valeur d’affaires claire et compréhensible. Développer des relations clients durables et influencer les orientations stratégiques.

Structuration d’offres et leadership d’opportunités

• Diriger ou contribuer à des opportunités complexes et à la structuration de grandes transactions. Définir la stratégie de solution de bout en bout, l’architecture et l’approche de livraison pour les propositions. Participer ou superviser les modèles de coûts, d’estimation et de dotation en ressources. Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de comptes pour développer le pipeline et générer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires. Participer à la rédaction de propositions, aux présentations et aux négociations avec les clients.

Expertise technique

• Expertise approfondie de Microsoft Azure incluant Azure IaaS, PaaS, réseautique et sécurité, architecture d’applications d’entreprise, architectures IA et IA agentique, cloud hybride et landing zones d’entreprise, gestion des identités et des accès (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD), ainsi que l’infrastructure comme code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep). Solide compréhension des principes d’architecture cloud (scalabilité, résilience, sécurité et optimisation des coûts). Expérience dans l’intégration de solutions IA/ML et de plateformes de données dans des architectures d’entreprise.

Certifications (fortement valorisées)

• Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Engineer Associate (ou équivalent en IA)
• Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate
• Autres certifications avancées en Azure, IA et développement fortement souhaitées

Langue et localisation

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (obligatoire). Être basé dans la région de Montréal ou disponible pour travailler dans la région avec présence chez les clients.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of people science, analytics, and consulting. You will lead employee listening programs, generate actionable insights, and advise senior stakeholders on how to improve engagement, performance, and organizational health. This is an opportunity to work directly with enterprise clients, influence leadership decisions, and help organizations move from insight to measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Listening & Survey Programs

• Design, configure, and deploy employee listening programs using Viva Glint (e.g., engagement surveys, onboarding/offboarding, 360 feedback)

• Manage the end-to-end survey lifecycle, including planning, deployment, monitoring, and reporting

• Align listening strategies with broader employee experience and organizational climate objectives

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Analyze survey data using quantitative and inferential statistical methods (e.g., trend analysis, variance, correlation)

• Interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify key engagement drivers and improvement opportunities

• Translate findings into clear, compelling insights and executive-ready narratives

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, including CHRO-level stakeholders

• Deliver insights and strategic recommendations in a business-focused, impactful manner

• Facilitate discussions on employee experience trends and organizational impact

Action Planning & Change Enablement

• Partner with business teams to develop data-driven action plans based on survey insights

• Support change management initiatives and interventions to improve engagement and performance

• Guide stakeholders from insight to action by defining clear next steps and measurable outcomes

Viva Glint Platform Utilization

• Demonstrate working knowledge of Viva Glint capabilities, including navigation and basic configuration

• Collaborate with technical teams supporting platform administration and Microsoft 365 integration

• Leverage integrations across Microsoft Viva, Copilot, and employee insights platforms where applicable

People Analytics & Reporting

• Apply people analytics frameworks to link employee experience data with business outcomes

• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive summaries tailored to diverse audiences

• Ensure accuracy and rigor in statistical interpretation, including psychometric considerations
