Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is the global leader in destination shopping centers, in terms of development and operations, and welcomes approximately 1.2 billion visitors a year. Each of the centers has its own website that provides useful information to visitors and helps the company better understand its customers to offer personalized information on new stores, events or special offers. There are 63 websites, managed by more than 100 webmasters, who register around 50 million visitors to Europe each year.

The platform, managed and monitored 24/7 for the group, provides a website for each of the shopping centers. The content is also sent to other digital channels, such as mobile applications and touch terminals in shopping centers.
