Avanade announces appointment of Emma McGuigan, Accenture senior managing director, as Chair of its Board of Directors

Avanade, the leading digital innovator on the Microsoft ecosystem, today announced that it has appointed Emma McGuigan, a 20-year veteran of Accenture, as Chair of its board of directors. She succeeds Accenture Chief Technology and Innovation Officer Paul Daugherty, who held the position for five years and who will remain on the board as a director. McGuigan currently leads the Accenture Microsoft Business Group with responsibility for driving Accenture’s overall Microsoft business.
