What you will do
Governance & Compliance: Instill, drive, and manage overall company CSP governance, guidelines, policy & compliance to ensure consistency, rigor, accountability, and order across the organization.
Operations & Support: Standardize and coordinate the operational support framework across the globe, driving consistency across the various business groups that support CSP.

Summary
The Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) is responsible for building trusted client account relationships with Accenture and Microsoft stakeholders as well as clients themselves, whilst leading sales, revenue, delivery, and client satisfaction for Microsoft focused deliverables.
As the Microsoft lead, the MTAL will work closely with Accenture Account Leadership to create, own, execute and maintain the plan for strategic business growth on the Microsoft platform across one or more accounts within a client industry sector.
Key Accountabilities
Account Management
* Work as a key Microsoft advisor and go-to-contact for clients and Accenture Account Leadership. Builds and manages Microsoft relationships with client C-suite at one or more priority accounts.
* Manage key, strategic client relationships either personally or through a medium to large account team.
* Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex existing accounts to build key relationships at decision making levels.

[MULTIPLE POSITIONS] Avanade Inc is seeking a Senior D365F&O Manufacturing Consultant in Houston, TX to be part of Avanade’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team. As part of this team, you will: collect information, analyze requirements, solve business process problems, and provide technical and operational support to Avanade’s clients who are implementing Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 ERP system (D365F&O); lead the D365F&O Manufacturing workstream in our clients’ ERP implementations; match business processes to application requirements, transform business requirements into an implementation model and document D365F&O configurations in an application model; lead the prototyping and configuration of the applicable processes within D365F&O to ensure that the ERP system works with respect to our clients’ needs; lead workshops with our clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions and handle gaps in D365F&O detected during prototyping; work with the Avanade ERP technical team to help design, develop, and test custom solutions that have been approved by our clients to address specific gaps within D365F&O and in third party applications and services; lead the creation or refinement of our clients’ business process hierarchies within their business process models so that functional and non-functional requirements are identified and linked; document settings in D365F&O and prepare our clients to use their ERP system; and support our clients with the testing, acceptance and deployment of their ERP system into day-to-day operational use. Periodic travel to client sites (domestic and international) is expected up to 80% of the time. Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Houston, TX.
Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The offered salary range for this specific position in TX is $149,718-$150,800 per year. Any multi-state or general compensation ranges displayed below do not apply to this position.
