Want to drive customer value with AI and turn your ideas into human impact? So do we.

At Avanade, we are breaking apart the traditional process of setting strategies and goals first, then finding technologies to achieve them. In the age of AI and rapid digital transformation, there’s no time for that linear process. We partner with clients to accelerate value by being ambitious, imaginative – and fast. We believe “big” and deliver personally. We relentlessly challenge, encourage, support our client partners and each other.

About Avanade Advisory and Experiences

As the strategic and experience consulting arm of Avanade, our Advisory & Experiences practice ensures enterprise technology investments deliver real business results. We combine deep Microsoft expertise with strategic vision and human understanding to transform how organizations apply technology to accomplish their goals. Our approach is comprehensive yet practical: we develop strategies rooted in business objectives, design systems that humans actually want to use, and enable our clients to implement real solutions that drive measurable outcomes—from operational efficiency to productivity gains, sustainable growth, and breakthrough innovation.

Within Organizational Change Management (OCM), we guide clients through the journey from awareness to adoption for critical Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and Microsoft 365 transformations. Our consultants help our clients realize the full value of their Microsoft technology investments, aligning stakeholders around shared visions, developing and implementing tailored change strategies, leading communications and engagement efforts, assessing change impacts, and designing training programs that upskill workforces and drive sustained adoption. We measure what matters—tracking progress, surfacing insights, and adjusting strategies to ensure lasting impact. Microsoft is our medium, and we are masters of our craft—bringing unmatched product knowledge, strategic insight, and human-centered delivery to every engagement.
