Microsoft Dynamics offers base for further growth at Azelis


Microsoft Dynamics AX was rolled out in more than 15 countries in 2011 within a very tight timeframe. Based on this successful project rollout, Azelis decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Reporting Services for Business Intelligence purposes. Avanade created a custom .NET application integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM to ensure that all employees have access to the data they need.


Azelis now has one integrated, uniform IT platform across the entire group providing an affordable and reliable platform. A user interface that is familiar to Azelis personnel allowing users to collaborate more effectively creating far more transparency.
The Avanade team provided Azelis with great support, making the implementation a success in a very tight timeframe and providing a solid foundation for further growth.

Initial situation

Azelis needed to streamline all technology operations, including business data across the group and to become more transparent across different locations in the Azelis group.  The need to give all employees access to market data, strategic information and pricing practices was also a key driver for change.  The company searched for an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning System to help it move from a heterogeneous IT environment to standardized processes.
